Announcement of the organization selling and liquidating the assets of lot 06 used cars

Indochina Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announces the organization of sale and liquidation of assets in batches of 06 used cars manufactured in Vietnam, specifically as follows:

1.   Assets sold and liquidated:

As an asset of Indochina Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company, including:

+ Camry 2.5Q control plate 51A - 445.36; Manufactured in 2012.

+ Camry 2.5G control plate 51F - 088.86; Produced in 2014.

+ Camry 2.5Q control plate 51F - 136.70; Produced in 2015.

+ FortunerV control plate 51A - 176.28; Produced in 2011.

+ InovaE control plate 51F - 661.98; Produced in 2016.

+ InovaE control plate 51F - 598.17; Produced in 2016.

The total starting price of the car lot including 10% VAT is VND 2,404,572,000

(In words: Two billion, four hundred and four million, five hundred and seventy-two thousand dong)

2.   Liquidation form:

Widely offering the whole lot of 06 cars.

3.   Conditions for successful liquidation:

Successfully liquidated asset purchaser/unit is an individual/unit that simultaneously meets the following requirements:

+ Submit an application for property purchase and deposit as required in section 4 of this notice.

+ Offered price for lots of 06 cars  ≥ starting price for lots of 06 cars in item 1 of this notice.

+ Having the highest bid price for a lot of 06 cars.

4.   Organization time (office hours):

- Time and place to view the property:

From September 27, 2021 to before 10:00 a.m. October 4, 2021 at branches of Indochina Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

- Time to submit the application for property purchase and deposit payment:

From the date of notice to before 10:00 am on October 4, 2021. Application for registration of property purchase according to the Company's form .

- Where to submit the purchase registration application:

At Indochina Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company, address on the 14th floor of Viet A building, Duy Tan street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city .

- Deposit:

Personal / applicant subscription Lot 06 vehicles  belonging to   the deposit payment : 50,000,000 (fifty million dong).

Deposit form:

Customers transfer money to the account of Indochina Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (the time will be based on the bank account statement), Account number: 4314 2666 at VPBank - Kinh Do Branch - Hanoi . The content clearly states: (Name of the company/individual) pay a deposit to buy a lot of 06 cars.

- Time to notify the results to customers: October 5, 2021.

- Time to negotiate and sign contracts with purchased customers : October 6, 2021.
